Exclusive Buyer Agent will ALWAYS provide FULL DISCLOSURE to the Client of all relevant information known, including risks and benefits, seller's histories and motivations, and property and neighborhood histories and will not seek later to lessen the services agreed to by the Client.

The Birchman Company Exclusive Buyer Agent will ALWAYS maintain CONFIDENTIALITY concerning all of the Client’s information, unless permitted by the Client to disclose or if required by law or court order.
