Accountability:
Birchman Company agents are real estate professionals who pride themselves on providing the client with correct information in a timely manner.

Protection:
The Birchman Company agents must protect their clients from all foreseeable risks.

Advice/Council:
Birchman Company agents must provide their clients with competent advice and counsel.

Competency:
Birchman Company agents must attain expertise in negotiation skills and market valuation techniques for the Greater Austin Area.

Loyalty/Obedience:
Birchman Company employees will uphold and execute the client’s direction without fail or questions.
