DAN BIRCHMAN, CEBA, ABR, SRA, GRI

DAN BIRCHMAN received the degree of "Master of Business Administration" (MBA) in 1986 from the University of Texas at Austin. Real Estate was his area of specialization, and his master thesis was "Contemporary Appraisal Theory for Residential Real Estate". Dan has been an active Realtor, Buyers Broker, and Real Estate Appraiser in the Austin/Central Texas marketplace since 1984.

Over the past 20 years, Dan has personally been involved in the purchase, sale, &/or valuation of well over 5,000 residential homes and lots and is recognized by the State of Texas, various state & federal courts of law, and Corporations & Relocation firms around the country as an expert at market value and marketability issues for residential real estate in Central Texas. Currently, he is president and principal broker for "The Birchman Company" (1986 to the present), providing exclusive homebuyer brokerage services.
